I had a very sweet weekend!
ho passato veramente un "dolce" weekend, nel vero senso della parola!
Friday morning, together with Alessandra I went to a pastry class to learn how to decorate with the frosting and with the sugar paste.
Venerdì mattina , insiema all'Alessandraho partecipato ad una lezione per imparare a decorare con la glassa e con la pasta di zucchero.
Needless to say that we had a lot of fun and that after 2 hours I had sugar everywhere!
Inutile dire che ci siamo divertite tanto e che dopo due ore di corso avevo lo zucchero ovunque!
The class was a basic class but useful. I knew how to make icing but I've decided to take part to the class because I need to know how to use the different frosting and it was something I always wanted to do.
Especially in this period...I'd love to make Christmas cookies!
Il corso era un corso di base, ma utile. Pur sapendo già come si fa la glassa ho deciso di partecipare al corso per capire ed imparare come usare i diversi tipi di glassa e poi perchè è sempre stato qualcosa che volevo fare!
Specialmente in questo periodo... mi piacerebbe saper decorare i biscotti da regalare a Natale!
It's simple to do it. Just need practice, accuracy and patience!
E' veramente molto semplice. Basta solo un po' di pratica, precisione e pazienza!
